Nestled on a Victorian estate with
manicured lawns overlooking the Hudson River,
Victoria
Home is a state-certified, not-for-profit skilled
nursing facility that exclusively accommodates
49
full-time male and female residents, of all races,
colors and creeds.
Founded in 1916 by the Daughters of the British
Empire (DBE) in the Eastern District of the United
States, Victoria Home opened its doors with a clear
mission: to provide the elderly with the highest
levels of personalized care and attention, and the
most comfortable, nurturing environment, during
the twilight years of their lives.
And judging by the response of our residents and
their families, we are meeting our goals every day.

As one of only four DBE-chartered Homes in the United
States, our residents directly benefit from their
long history of caring for the elderly. The DBE
and its members are actively involved and tirelessly
support the Home through fund raising and providing
warm friendships and social activities for the residents.
And while Victoria Home continues to embody the
values and ethics of its founders, admission to
the Home is not limited only to those of British
heritage. We are proud to say that we admit and
treat all residents on a non-discriminatory basis
in compliance with New York State and Federal Laws
which prohibit discrimination based on race, creed,
religion, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual
preference, marital status, blindness, disability,
source of payment or sponsorship.

If you are looking for the perfect place for yourself,
